This process will be used to staff positions at the CR-04 group and level within the Canadian Coast Guard with employment tenures, language requirements, security requirements, conditions of employment and work locations that will vary depending on the needs of the positions being staffed.

EDUCATION:
A Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE:
• Experience providing client services (in person, by phone or in writing).
• Experience in using financial system (such as SAP, Abacus etc.)
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
EDUCATION:
Successful completion of an acceptable post-secondary educational program, in Office Administration, Business Administration or another specialty relevant to the position to be staffed.
EXPERIENCE:
Experience providing financial support services in one (1) or more of the following:
- Reconciling financial transactions;
- Extracting, reconciling, interpreting and compiling financial information for use by management;
- Preparing budgets and financial spreadsheets;
- Experience in providing administrative support in contracting, procurement services or materiel management.
- Experience in entering and extracting data into/from a database or computer system.
- Experience in maintaining electronic and hard copy file systems.
Bilingual - Imperative (BBB/BBB)
