Education (Receptionist/Admin Clerk, Case File Assistant):
- Successful completion of secondary school or an acceptable combination of education, training, and/or experience.

Degree equivalency

Experience (Receptionist/Admin Clerk):
- Experience in providing administrative support services.
- Experience processing and distributing correspondence.

Experience (Case File Assistant):
- Experience providing legal or administrative support.
- Experience using a legal filing system or database software.

If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)

Asset Qualifications - Experience (Receptionist/Admin Clerk):
- Experience working in a legal environment.

Asset Qualifications - Knowledge (Receptionist/Admin Clerk):
- Knowledge of using software applications for legal files, tracking systems and databases.
- Knowledge of legal terminology.
- Knowledge of legal practices and procedures.

Operational Requirements (Receptionist/Admin Clerk, Case File Assistant):
- Willingness and ability to work overtime when required.
- Willingness and ability to work on weekends.
- Willingness and ability to travel when required.
