The Client Service Bureau is looking to recruit candidates who have a strong knowledge, understanding and experience working in Compensation within the federal government!
We are looking for candidates who enjoy mentoring and teaching others for our Coach positions!
We are also looking for candidates who enjoy reviewing and analyzing data as well as files and who are very detail oriented to staff our Quality Assurance positions!

EDUCATION
• Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE
• Significant* experience in the use of computer systems in the Compensation and Benefits area such as Peoplesoft, Case Management Tool (CMT) Regional Pay System (RPS) and Phoenix.
• Significant* experience in the provision of compensation services within the Federal Public Service.
• Significant* experience in the application of compensation and benefits acts, regulations, rules and procedures.
*Significant is defined as the breadth, depth, and complexity of experience normally associated with full time performance of duties for a period of two (2) years.
KNOWLEDGE
• Knowledge in the application of compensation and benefits acts, regulations, rules and procedures.
Various language requirements
English Essential, French Essential, Bilingual Imperative BBB/BBB, CBC/CBC or CCC/CCC
