A pool of qualified candidates may be established through this process to staff identical or similar positions, within Public Services and Procurement Canada with various language requirements, security requirements and tenures. EDUCATION:
- Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience relevant to the position.
EXPERIENCE:
EXP1 - Significant experience(*) in conducting complex security related investigations and interviews (**).
EXP2 - Experience in providing advice and guidance on security related matters.
EXP3 - Experience in conducting open source research and analysis.
EXP4 - Experience in writing reports or briefing notes to management.
(*) This relates experience gained over a period of at least five years.
(**) This pertains to investigations and interviews that include the analysis of information from multiple sources, both from the private sector and government, and that are sensitive or confidential in nature.

K1 - Knowledge of the Contract Security Program.
K2 - Knowledge of Treasury Board Secretariat (TBS) Policy on Government Security.
K3 - Knowledge of TBS Standard on Security Screening.
K4 - Knowledge of the Privacy Act and the Access to Information Act (ATIP).
