This process will be used only to staff positions within the National Compensation Unit with duties directly related to compensation including providing services and advice. This process will NOT be used to fill administrative positions.
Our office is located at 73 Leikin Dr in Ottawa, Ontario (Barrhaven). We offer complimentary parking, convenient access to bus routes immediately outside of the building and free access to on-site and state of the art fitness training facilities
The intent of the process is to identify qualified candidates to staff positions within the National Compensation Unit only of the RCMP in the National Capital Region on an indeterminate or specified period basis, with various linguistic profiles.
Should a Civilian Member (CM) be found qualified and selected for appointment, the appointment will not result in a change of status to the Public Service (PS) category for the CM.

E1. Experience in office administration and pay and benefits.
E2. Experience in delivering service in a client oriented environment.
E3. Experience using and manipulating data from spreadsheets.
E4. Experience in the interpretation and application of acts, regulations, policies, procedures and/or guidelines.
AE1. Significant experience working with a Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS) (Peoplesoft). *Significant is defined as the experience normally gained over a period of approximately 1 year.
AE2.Significant* experience in providing pay and benefits services.
*Significant being defined as a minimum of 1 year of experience
