- Entry, maintenance, and quality assurance of files on multiple data bases.
- Keeping the unit supplied with operational equipment, tools, kit, office stationary.
- Administration of the unit budget.
- Maintenance of the shift schedule.
- Maintenance of the unit equipment inventory.
- Answering the phone, public enquiries at the front counter, processing mail.
- Trial preparation including disclosure packages, liaising with Crown, transcription, and file maintenance.
- Analysis and report preparation of statistics related to charges and to collisions trends.
This process will be used to staff an indeterminate full time position.
Should a CM be found qualified and selected for appointment, the appointment will not result in a change of status to another category for the member.

Your résumé.
Successful completion of *two years of secondary school; or a satisfactory score on the Public Service Commission test approved as an alternative to two years of secondary school; or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
*Two years of secondary school is typically completion of grade ten

The successful candidate will be required to provide original documentation of proof of Canadian Citizenship prior to appointment. Other candidates may also be asked to provide this documentation at various stages in the selection process. The following documents will be accepted as proof: Provincial or territorial birth certificate; Naturalization certificates (issued prior to Jan. 1, 1947); Registration of Birth Abroad certificates (issued between Jan. 1, 1947 and Feb. 14, 1977); Certificates of Retention; Citizenship certificates.
Candidates will be required to show original proof of education. Candidates with foreign credentials must provide proof of Canadian equivalency. Consult the Canadian Information Centre for International Credentials for further information at http://www.cicic.ca/.
Testing/interviews will be conducted at the location of the employer's choice.
The successful applicant will have to obtain an RCMP security clearance. The process also requires a Security/Reliability Interview, a field investigation in matters of credit/finances, education, employment, references, etc.
Must be willing and able to relocate and/or work in Estevan Saskatchewan.
Preference will be given to veterans and to Canadian citizens, in that order, with the exception of a job located in Nunavut, where Nunavut Inuit will be appointed first.
