• Administration of Real Property Business System and information management/information technology
• Financial management and analysis

PSPC is seeking a dynamic business and financial management professional looking to establish an exciting career in public sector real estate. The successful candidate for this role will need well-rounded experience in business, financial and human resources management, leadership experience, strong interpersonal skills and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

EDUCATION
Graduation from a post-secondary school program (the diploma or degree must at minimum be a two year program) in the areas of Commerce, Business Management, Financial Management or Accounting

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE
*Significant experience managing human resources.

Experience in working with a business system such as SAP, Real Estate Inventory Management system, or Financial Management Information system.

*Significant experience in financial management in at least three (3) of the following areas: financial planning, managing a Program/project budget; developing and analyzing financial data, or budget allocation.

Experience in providing advice and recommendations to senior management.

Experience in coordinating the development of a business plan and overseeing the associated performance reporting throughout the business planning cycle.

*Significant experience in developing strategic plans

*Significant experience is defined as the depth and breadth of experience normally associated with a full range of duties over a period of approximately 5 years.
