The work environment in the HR Resourcing unit can be described as fast paced, involves multi-tasking, managing conflicting priorities, paying critical attention to data entry timelines, data integrity when entering information into the HR Peoplesoft system and Phoenix Pay system ; while providing high quality service to various stakeholders.
The Coordinator, Resourcing Support Services role will allow you to work on a variety of staffing files, supervise a minimum of four direct reports, monitor and assign workload, complete full cycle employee performance reviews, analyze complex files and act as a resource person for the Resourcing Services team and various stakeholders in the Branch.

Education
A secondary school diploma OR an *acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
*Acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience is defined as grade 10 and an office administration certificate and/or 3 years experience in an office environment.
Experience
- Experience entering data into an information management system such as Peoplesoft; Freebalance, SABA, SAP or SIGMA;
- Minimum of 6 months experience in providing training;
- Significant experience in the provision of operational administrative support services in an office environment;
- Significant experience in the use of various software programs such as MS Word and Excel in an office environment.
Note: Significant experience refers to the depth & breadth of experience normally associated with performance of the duties on a continuous basis over a period of approximately 12 months.

Education
- Successful completion of two years of an acceptable post-secondary educational program such as Office Administration, Business Administration or Human Resources.
Experience
- Experience in developing administrative guidelines and/or procedures;
- Experience supervising a minimum of four direct reports;
- Experience as a HR assistant or advisor in staffing;
- Significant experience in mentoring;
- Significant experience using Peoplesoft to input and extract resourcing data and in identifying and correcting data anomalies.
Note: Significant experience refers to the depth & breadth of experience normally associated with performance of the duties on a continuous basis over a period of approximately 12 months.
