Education:
Successful completion of two years of secondary school or employer-approved alternatives.
Employer approved alternative is an acceptable combination of training and experience. Two years’ experience working in an office environment that required tasks such as: typing, filing, sending and replying to e-mail, answering telephone inquiries, etc. and training in the basic use of computers.
Experience:
Experience in providing administrative support (i.e.: preparing letters, verifying information, creating spreadsheets, responding to calls, scheduling appointments, etc.)
Experience using word processing software such as Microsoft Word, Excel
Various language requirements
