- Supervises a team engaged in the delivery of programs by assigning work and monitoring the results/impacts and implements corrective action.

Acting appointments will be offered to qualified candidates to staff current vacancies. It should be noted that the purpose of this process is to first staff team leader positions for evening or night schedules.
The work schedule for positions to be filled is as follows:
EVENING SCHEDULE: 16h00 to 24h00
- Sunday to Thursday
- Tuesday to Saturday
NIGHT SCHEDULE: 00:00 to 08:00
- Sunday to Thursday
- Tuesday to Saturday
A pool of qualified or partially qualified candidates will be established as a result of this process and will be used to fill similar positions in the same group and level with various linguistic profiles, various security profile and durations (acting appointment, assignment / secondment, transfer, term and/or indeterminate position) within Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

EDUCATION:
A secondary school diploma.
N.B. The employer recognizes foreign education credentials as long as a recognized credential assessment service has deemed them comparable to Canadian standards. EXPERIENCE:
- Significant* and recent** experience in providing quality client service.
- Significant* and recent** experience in interpreting procedures, policies, guidelines or directives.
- Experience in establishing and maintaining effective professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* “Recent” is defined as within the last two (3) years.
** “Significant experience” is defined as the depth and breadth of experience normally associated with full time performance of duties for a consecutive period of one (1) year.

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
-Ability to work a regular 7.5-hour shift schedule, either from Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday evenings or nights)
-Ability to work in a 24/7 environment.
-Availability, willingness and ability to work overtime when required.
Secret and Reliability level
Shift work will be required for the majority of positions to be filled. Consent, be available and able to work shifts in the evenings, nights, weekends and holidays, and be able to do so.
