The intent of this process is to fill two (2) positions (anticipatory).
A pool of qualified or partially assessed candidates may be established and may be used to staff similar positions at this group and level with various language requirements, in various locations, with various tenures (casual employment, acting, assignment/secondment, deployment, term and/or indeterminate) within Environment and Climate Change Canada.

Education
A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Experience
E1 - Experience performing general administrative or clerical duties in an office environment, such as drafting correspondence, data entry, responding to inquiries, maintaining files, ordering office supplies, etc.
E2 - Experience in providing support services in Finance.
E3 - Experience providing logistical support for meetings.
E4 - Experience responding to clients’ urgent requests for service or action in a fast-paced work environment.
E5 - Experience in tracking files and monitoring process against established deadlines.
E6 - Experience in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
ASSET QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduation with a degree or a diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution.
AE1 - Experience performing administrative support duties in a law enforcement environment.
AE2 - Experience using an integrated financial system* such as SAP or Oracle.
*An integrated financial system is an application that manages spending, payment processing, budgeting and reporting. This type of software envelopes various financial management functions into one software.
AE3 - Experience using the HRG Shared Travel Services portal.
AE4 - Experience working in an office environment within the Federal Government.
