We are looking for a bilingual recent graduate interested in a casual opportunity (90 working days) located in Ottawa (275 Sparks Street), which could lead to longer-term employment through student bridging mechanisms (external non-advertised).

► ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

To apply for this process:

• You must have a high school diploma, or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

• You must have completed a federal student employment program (FSWEP, COOP/Internship or RAP) within the last 2 years.

• You must have experience in providing administrative support services.

Note: Term or indeterminate employees in the Public Service are not eligible for this opportunity.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE:

• AEX1 - Experience extracting, preparing and analyzing data reports using MS Excel.
• AEX2 - Experience in providing administrative support in Staffing.
• AEX3 - Experience in providing administrative support in Classification.
• AEX4 - Experience in providing administrative support in Labour Relations.
• AEX5 - Experience in providing administrative support in Learning.
• AEX6 - Experience in providing administrative support in Compensation.
• AEX7 - Experience in entering and maintaining Human Resources data in PeopleSoft.
