The intent of this process is to staff one AS-01 position in Varennes (on a term basis) immediately. This process may also be used to staff 1-2 more positions in Varennes in the near future.
A pool of qualified candidates may be established through this process to staff identical or similar AS-01 positions at Natural Resources Canada with various tenures (determinate period or indeterminate), various language requirements and profiles (Bilingual (BBB/BBB, CBC/CBC, CCC/CCC, etc.)), various security requirements (reliability, secret), various conditions of employment and for various locations.

Your résumé.
High school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and / or experience.
Significant* and recent** experience in providing administrative services to a senior manager.
Experience in liaising with senior managers and their staff.
Experience in coordinating logistical arrangements for meetings and making travel arrangements.
Experience in handling and routing classified documents.
Recent** experience using various software applications including Microsoft Office.
* Significant experience refers to experience performing a wide range of associated activities, normally acquired over a period of approximately 12 months.
** Recent experience refers to experience normally acquired within the last 24 months.
Bilingual - Imperative (BBB/BBB)
