Intent of the process

A pool of partially or fully qualified candidates may be established and may be used to fill similar positions within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) with various languages requirements (bilingual imperative of various levels), and security level(s) as well as tenures which may vary according to the position being staffed.

Education:

Experience:
EE1. Significant * experience in conducting research, performing analysis as well as writing reports, preparing presentations and/or briefing notes for senior management.
EE2. Experience in providing strategic recommendations to senior management regarding complex** and sensitive issues.
EE3. Significant experience in managing human and financial resources (includes supervising a team as well as a budget, establishing business priorities, plans and performance management frameworks).
EE4. Experience in developing and maintaining effective relations and strategic partnerships with stakeholders.
