Stream 1: Senior Organizational Design and Job Evaluation Advisor – 1 position
Stream 2: Team Leader, Organizational Design and Evaluation – 2 positions

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

EDUCATION - COMMON TO ALL STREAMS:
ED1: Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in human resources management, labour or industrial relations, psychology, public or business administration, organizational development, education ciences, social sciences, sociology, or in any other field relevant to the work to be performed.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE - COMMON TO ALL STREAMS:
EX1: Significant* experience in providing advice and guidance on organizational design and classification issues to managers.

*Significant: Defined as having the depth and breath of experience of approximately five (5) years

The following will be applied / assessed at a later date (essential for the job)

Various language requirements
Stream 1: Imperative or Non-imperative BBB/BBB.
Stream 2: Imperative or Non-imperative CBC/CBC.

EXPERIENCE - STREAM 1:
EX2: Experience in participating in job evaluation projects or initiatives.
EXPERIENCE - STREAM 2 :
EX3: Experience in supervising a team of human resources professionals.

KNOWLEDGE - COMMON TO ALL STREAMS:
K1: Significant knowledge of organizational design and job evaluation principles.
