Why work at PSPC ?
Did you know that Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) was selected as one of Canada's Best Diversity Employers in 2018 for a second year in a row? We invite you to join an organization that is committed to ensuring an inclusive workplace and respect for all!
Who we are ?
Want to help build history in one of Canada’s most iconic sites? The Parliamentary Precinct Branch (PPB) offers a dynamic team, a challenging work portfolio, opportunities for growth, and unique access to historic buildings. PPB is leading a multi decade, multibillion dollar restoration of Canada’s most important heritage buildings. We are the custodian of the Parliament buildings, ensuring their preservation for future generations and visitors.
As part of the PPB team, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with federal and municipal partners on a range of urban planning initiatives to project delivery that will influence the evolution of Parliament Hill and surrounds.
In between stakeholder meetings, senior management briefings, consultant calls and document reviews, hardworking and fun-loving colleagues find time to share urban inspirations, project experiences and enjoy nearby patios.
PPB provides a single point of service delivery to Crown assets within the Precinct in partnership with its parliamentary partners: the Senate of Canada, the House of Commons and the Library of Parliament. Other clients include the Privy Council Office and the Prime Minister’s Office. PPB also manages the space for commercial tenants leasing properties along Sparks Street. Services offered by PPB to its clients and partners include: accommodation planning, capital projects delivery, building operations and maintenance to ensure ongoing operations of government within rehabilitated and modern facilities.
Take a look behind the scenes at the progress made on the rehabilitation projects within the Parliamentary Precinct: http://www.tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca/citeparlementaire-parliamentaryprecinct/rehabilitation/100/index-eng.html.
