Answer the screening questions clearly demonstrating how you meet the “experience” in the essential qualifications (EX) listed. It is not sufficient to state that you meet requirement or list your current responsibilities. You must clearly state WHEN, WHERE and HOW you acquired the experience and provide a concrete example that relates to each of the experiences. When providing information on your example, you could follow this format:
• Situation: Describe a situation and include the who, what, WHERE, WHEN and HOW.
• Action: Describe the task YOU were responsible for in that situation. Highlight what you did and any specific challenges you faced.
• Result: Describe the outcome of the situation and how you specifically contributed to that outcome. Did campaign launch on time? What did you learn? What were the results of your actions?
Lack of these detailed examples may result in the Assessment Board’s rejection of the application as they will have insufficient information to determine whether or not you meet
the qualifications.

For EX1: Follow up with an email addressed to Natalie Hébert at and provide your professional work/academic sample. Provide the sample (links to online campaign or JPG, PDF file etc.), the strategy and results plus a reference (name and phone number of the person who supervised your work). This sample as well as the text provided in EX1 will be used to evaluate this experience.
