The intent of this process is to staff one (1) permanent position in Edmonton, AB.

Your résumé.
- A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
- One hundred (100) hours of acceptable training* in conflict management which must include forty (40) hours of mediation training.
*Documented proof to be provided and must include course provider, course title, date of completion and duration of training in hours.
- Significant* experience in providing workplace informal conflict management services in at least two of the following areas: conflict analysis, conflict coaching, facilitation, mediation, and group interventions.
- Experience in delivering training.
*Significant experience is understood to mean the depth and breadth of the experience normally associated with having performed a broad range of various, complex related Informal Conflict management activities for minimum of 2 years.
A degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in conflict management, human resources management or a field relevant to the position being staffed.
Completion of Conflict Coaching training with an evaluation of 'competent'.

RCMP Reliability Status
NOTE: Successful candidates will require a valid RCMP security clearance prior to appointment and throughout the tenure of their employment. The process to obtain RCMP security clearance involves a security/reliability interview and a field investigation regarding matters of criminal activity which includes reference checks, verification of credit/financial status, education, employment, etc . As such, the process may take several weeks or months to complete.
Possession of a valid driver’s license or personal mobility associated with the possession of a valid driver’s license.
