Your résumé.
Education:
Diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution in a field related to construction such as architectural, engineering, masonry, electrical, plumbing or instrumentation and/or acceptable combination of education, training or experience.
Experiences:
1) Experience assisting in the delivery of complex* real property projects in a fast-paced environment. This includes but is not limited to; planning, construction, commissioning and evaluation of technical or architectural projects.
OR
Experience delivering small** real property projects in a fast-paced environment. This includes but is not limited to; planning, construction, commissioning and evaluation of technical or architectural projects.
2) Experience in working with multi-disciplinary project teams in a construction environment.
3) Experience in administrating*** consultant and construction contract documents.
4) Experience in the preparation of project documentation, such as but not limited to schedules, discussion notes, field reports and records of decisions.
5) Experience in supervision.
*Complex projects must include three (3) or more of the following characteristics: large number of stakeholders requiring specific governance and organized communications, important heritage component, multi-disciplinary consulting team, interrelated dependencies with other projects or programs, alternative form of delivery, or approvals required from central authorities (such as treasury board or a board of directors or equivalent in the private sector).
**Small real property projects refers to a budget of one (1) million or less.
***Contract administration involves making decisions and the timely flow of information and decisions to enable completion of the project as required by the contract documents including review and observation of the construction project.

Experiences:
1) Experience in planning multidisciplinary real property technical programs, services, construction projects and maintenance management and specialized advisory services.
2) Experience in establishing project or operational budgets.
3) Experience working with Indigenous communities or organizations.
