EDUCATION
Graduation with a Master’s degree in Epidemiology from a recognized university with acceptable specialization in Economics, Sociology or Statistics.
Candidates must always have a university degree. The courses for the specialization do not necessarily have to be part of a degree program in the required specialization. The specialization may also be obtained through an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE
Significant* experience in population health surveillance indicator development, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Significant experience working with Indigenous Populations.
Experience in leading strategic planning activities.
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams to support common goals.
Experience in providing advice and recommendations to senior management.
*Significant is defined as minimum 3-years

EXPERIENCE
Experience in working with First Nation communities on surveillance planning.
