Located in downtown Ottawa, FCAC is a separate agency subject to the Public Service Employment Act (PSEA). We offer the same pension and benefits plans as the core public administration. Although the immediate intent is to staff one (1) position on a determinate basis for a period of one (1) year, this selection process may be used to establish a pool of qualified candidates, which could be used to staff similar or identical positions with various linguistic profiles and requirements, various security profiles, and various tenures.
Volume management strategies may be used at any time during this selection process.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
E1 - Experience in developing and providing advice to management or senior management.
E2 - Experience in producing marketing and/or communications products, demonstrating some or all of the following skills: project coordination, briefing notes, reports and presentations.
E3 - Experience working with online tools such as Hootsuite, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Facebook Business, Instagram, Youtube and/or similar tools for the delivery and analytics of multi-media digital campaigns.
ASSET EDUCATION
Successful completion of a post-secondary degree in marketing, communications, or in a business discipline.
ASSET EXPERIENCE
AE1 - Experience using Adobe Analytics.
