The intent of this process is to immediately staff one temporary position for a period of two (2) years with a possibility of extension.
A pool of partially assessed candidates (with the exception of the Second Language Evaluation) may be established following this process which may be used to staff similar positions with various locations, linguistic profiles and requirements and employment tenures within LAC across Canada. In the event of an appointment, candidates will need to meet the linguistic profile of the position.

Education:
Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution; or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience
The term “degree” refers to a baccalaureate and higher as established by educational authorities.
Experience:
*Recent experience in managing records and providing information management services
Experience in managing human (at least 5 employees), financial and material resources
Experience in providing recommendations to senior management**
*Recent experience means within the last three years.
**Senior management refers to the Director level (or equivalent) and higher
Bilingual - Imperative (CBC/CBC)

Conditions of Employment:
Secret clearance
The incumbent has to travel within the Centre operational zone to meet clients and in Canada to participate in meetings or training sessions when required.
The incumbent may have to respond at any time (24 hours a day; 7 days / week) to emergency situations, such as breaking-ins, fires or other threats, and going on site to take all necessary measures.
