All information received in relation to accommodation will be kept confidential.

Assessment accommodation

You will be required to demonstrate the Essential Qualifications (i.e. Education and Experience) and Asset Qualifications (if applicable) for the initial screening in your cover letter. It is not sufficient to only state that the qualifications are met or to provide a listing of current or past responsibilities. You must use each qualification factor as a heading and clearly demonstrate when, where, and how the qualification was met through substantiation by concrete examples under each heading. The screening board cannot make any assumptions about your experience. Information on your education and experience provided in your cover letter should be supported by your résumé.

Your application and cover letter will be used to assess the ability to communicate effectively in writing.

Failure to provide information in the required format may result in your application being rejected from further consideration in the process.

Virtual work arrangements may be available and will be determined on a case by case basis dependent on operational feasibility at the time of hiring. This does not imply tele-work; rather it means working from an Indigenous Services Canada office within a regional or national headquarters building. The employee will be expected to perform all functions of the positions remotely from an Indigenous Services Canada office but report to a manager who might be working in another location.
