Education:
Successful completion of a secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Experience:
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a high pressure environment with competing demands.
- Experience in developing operational documentation, such as business requirements, project management documents, test cases, business processes or procedures, training material, etc.
- Experience in providing recommendations on complex issues (i.e. multi-dimensional issues, or several components or stakeholders to the issues).
- Experience using and preparing documents in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Outlook.
- Experience in conducting research and analysis.
