This process may be used to establish a pool of qualified candidates which could be used to staff similar positions with various linguistic profiles (Bilingual Imperative BBB/BBB, Bilingual Imperative CBC/CBC, Bilingual Imperative CCC/CCC, English essential, French Essential), various security profiles and various tenures (such as Indeterminate, Specified Period, Deployment, Acting, Assignment, and Secondment) at Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.

Ed. Degree from a recognized post-secondary institution.

EXPERIENCE
Ex1. Recent* and significant** experience in speechwriting, including speeches for Ministers, Government Members, Deputy Ministers or Associate Deputy Ministers for new conferences, announcements or parliamentary debates or committees.
Ex2. Experience in writing communication products such as statements and ministerial messages.
*Recent experience means experience acquired within the last three (3) years.
**Significant” experience means candidates will have gained relevant experience through the sustained fulfillment of key communications responsibilities in his/her position(s).
