The Department of National Defence (DND) has an Integrated Conflict and Complaint Management (ICCM) program that assists members and employees experiencing conflict in the workplace. The Director General Integrated Complaint and Conflict Management Program (DGICCM) is hiring skilled, compassionate and dedicated Conflict Management Practitioners to join their team, with positions available across Canada. As a practitioner, you will provide expert conflict management services to support members of the Defence Team and help create a respectful and healthy work environment for all. In this role you will conduct consultations, mediations, training and other conflict resolution processes. If you are an experienced mediator and looking to make a difference, join us at DND!

The Department of National Defence (DND) and the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) work together to fulfill the Government of Canada’s mission to defend Canadian interests and values, and to contribute to international peace and security. DND is the largest federal government department in Canada and is part of the Public Service of Canada. Internally, DND and the CAF are collectively termed the Defence Team and civilians make up close to 25 per cent of the organization. As public servants and members of the Defence Team, civilians work side-by-side with CAF personnel for the defence of Canada and Canada's contribution to international security and stability efforts.
