EDUCATION - BOTH STREAMS:
• A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE:
Stream 1 – Scheduling, Correspondence and Administrative Assistant
E1.1. Significant experience* providing administrative support services in one or more of the following areas: scheduling, correspondence, travel arrangement and administration.
E1.2. Significant experience* reviewing and editing documents for approval such as: correspondence, memos or briefing notes.
E1.3. Significant experience* processing and tracking sensitive documents** and correspondence using electronic tracking system.
*Significant experience means at least 12 months experience.
**By sensitive documents we mean documents that are either private, restricted or confidential.
Stream 2 - Support Officer
E2.1. Significant experience* providing support services in matters related to human resources and/or finance.
E2.2. Significant experience* in the preparation of ad hoc reports that require research and collecting of data from different sources.
E2.3. Significant experience* following administrative procedures in various human resources and/or financial files.
*Significant experience means at least 12 months experience.

ASSET EXPERIENCE - BOTH STREAMS:
AE1.Experience providing staffing support services within the Federal Public Service.
AE2.Experience using SFT (Salary forecasting tool).
AE3. Experience working with financial systems such as SAP or similar.
AE4.Experience coordinating and tracking training/development activities for a Branch.
AE5. Experience using the Shared Travel Services Systems (STS).
AE6. Experience editing and proofreading official documents.
AE7. Experience coordinating, tracking and preparing Access to Information requests.
AE8. Experience coordinating projects.
AE9. Experience providing support services in matters related to Accommodations.
AE10. Experience tracking and reporting of budgets and costs
