Intent of the process

This process will initially be used to staff one position on an indeterminate basis. A qualified pool of candidates may be established and may be used to staff similar positions on an indeterminate, term or acting basis.

Successful completion of secondary school education or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Degree equivalency

Experience using Criminal eFile, Justice Online Information Network (JOIN) and Bail Systems for electronic disclosure in the Provincial Court Case Management system.

Experience in the procedures and requirements of the Provincial Court Services.

Experience developing divisional policies and procedures in relation to the Provincial Electronic Court Case Management System.

Experience providing training and support to others in the preparation of court disclosure materials.

Experience drafting and editing complex policies, procedures and communication to make improvements in an organization.
Experience interpreting and providing advice on the RCMP manual system and its directives.
Experience accessing information from Canadian Police Information Centre (CPIC), Justice Online Information Network (JOIN), the Police Information Portal (PIP) and other databases accessible to RCMP.
Experience working in the RCMP or in a similar work environment

Willing and able to work in a busy police environment, including exposure to unsettling and/or graphic material.
Willing and able to work overtime and telework if and when required.
Willing and able to travel by various modes of transportation.
Willingness and ability to maintain a valid driver's license.

Conditions of employment

RCMP Enhanced Reliability Status security clearance (ERS).
