Intent of the process

The intent of this advertisement is to create an inventory for employment opportunities at the Agency. Please note that this inventory may be used to fill a wide range of positions at our offices across Canada.

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

EDUCATION
-Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in economics, sociology or statistics.

Note: Candidates must always have a degree. The courses for the specialization must be acceptable and may have been taken at a recognized post-secondary institution, but not necessarily within a degree program in the required specialization. The specialization may also be obtained through an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Degree equivalency

ABILITIES
Depending on the position to be staffed, you must meet at least one of the following areas of expertise:

-Ability to undertake or demonstrate expertise in consultation
-Ability to undertake or demonstrate expertise in negotiation/facilitation
-Ability to undertake or demonstrate expertise in social impact assessment
-Ability to undertake or demonstrate expertise in economic impact assessment
-Ability to undertake or demonstrate expertise in environmental impact assessment
-Ability to undertake or demonstrate expertise in health impact assessment
-Ability to undertake or demonstrate expertise in policy analysis
-Ability to undertake or demonstrate expertise in compliance and enforcement
-Ability to undertake or demonstrate expertise as a project manager
-Ability to undertake or demonstrate expertise organizing or delivering training or in coaching
-Ability to undertake or demonstrate expertise in preparing cabinet documents
-Ability to undertake or demonstrate expertise in environmental law
