Administrative and operational assistants are key individuals in multidisciplinary professional teams for all administrative functions in order to support teams, supervisors and/or managers. They typically handle the entry and verification of data in computerized systems, the filing of documents, the writing of e-mails, briefing notes and/or minutes, the management of e-mail and electronic agenda. However, please note that the tasks may vary according to the position to fill.

This process will be used to create a pool of candidates to fill temporarily (assignment, secondment, temporary, casual and determined) or permanent (indeterminate) CR-04 full time and part time positions with various linguistic profiles and locations within PSPC, Quebec region.

A covering letter in 500 words (maximum) "What are your reasons for applying to this type of position at this stage of your career path? What are your professional goals and expectations in the next five (5) years? This covering letter will be used to evaluate your ability to effectively communicate in writing."
Education:
- A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Experience:
1. Significant* experience in providing administrative support services.
2. Experience in using office software (such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Access or others).
3. Significant* experience in providing customer service.
* Significant experience includes experience gained for approximately one (1) year.
ASSET Education:
- Training in the bureaucratic field or a related field.
ASSET Experiences:
1. Experience in writing minutes or reports.
2. Experience in using a financial management system (such as SIGMA, SAP, ORACLE or others).
3. Working experience in a public administration or a large organization.
4. Experience using computerized systems for data entry, compilation and/or retrieval of reports.
5. Experience in seeking out and applying guidelines and/or procedures.
6. Experience in billing verification.
7. Experience in organizing and booking travels.
8. Working experience in a company related to the construction industry.
