EDUCATION
A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education and experience*.
*will be evaluated based on the candidate demonstrating a minimum of three consecutive years providing administrative support (noted below as essential experience criteria) to a senior management or executive level position within the last five years.
EXPERIENCE
Experience in planning, organizing, and coordinating information/documentation and activities for executive/senior managers.
Experience in researching, preparing, and reviewing documents and editing correspondence and briefing notes.
Experience in managing the schedule of a senior manager or executive level official.
Experience in using automated office systems, including, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
EXPERIENCE
Experience in using government financial systems, Oracle (IFMMS & I-Procurement) or SAP.
Experience in using HRG, the government travel system.
Various language requirements
