Graduation with a Bachelors Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, Electrical, Geotechnical or other related Engineering discipline, from a recognized university or other post-secondary institution.
Eligible for registration as professional engineer from Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia (EGBC).
Minimum three (3) years or more engineering experience pertaining to real property asset projects in the following:
• project planning and design;
• project management and contract administration
• and project construction and inspections.
Training in project management or PMP certification.
Training in sustainable technologies related to the Engineering or construction industry or LEED AP certification.
Experience in the maintenance of facilities & equipment.
Experience working with and coordinating federal infrastructure projects.
Experience conducting consultation processes at a project level with the First Nations.
Experience delivering and coordinating projects on remote sites with access challenges.
Experience managing projects in partnerships with and maintaining relationships with the first nations.

Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s License
Willing and able to conduct frequent visits to remote construction sites
Willing and able to travel to remote locations in small crafts, boats or aircraft
Willing and able to access remote sites over rugged terrain and work in extremes of environmental conditions on land and at sea.
