EDUCATION:
Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE:
• *Significant experience in leading complex policy or delivering complex program files
• *Significant experience in managing human resources
• Experience in providing strategic advice to senior management on complex and sensitive issues related to programs or policy
• Experience in consulting, negotiating and collaborating with multiple stakeholders** to build consensus on program or policy issues

*Significant will be measured by the depth and breadth of experience that is normally associated with a minimum of 3 years’ experience
**Stakeholders is defined as officials within one’s own organization, other private sector organizations, municipal/provincial/federal government, labour, or not-for-profit organizations at the senior level

If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)

EDUCATION:
Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in one of the following: Commerce, Business/Public Administration, Political Science, Economics, Accounting or eligibility for membership in a professional accounting association (CPA)

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE:
• *Significant experience in managing financial resources
• *Significant experience in leading the development and maintaining strategic cooperative partnerships with multiple stakeholders**
• Experience in leading the introduction of an initiative involving cultural change within an organization
• Experience in developing and disseminating complex policy research initiatives involving various organizations
• Experience in one or more of the current Agency priorities: innovation, commercialization, entrepreneurship, business skills development, productivity, trade, investment, inclusive communities, community diversification, business growth or procurement
