• Accommodations tenants services specialist
The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating clients requests related to the operations of the accommodation management sector, for services to tenants, events, mailroom services and the reception.
• Technical Specialist in Procurement and Material Management
The incumbent will be responsible of providing support, research, analysis, as well as training and support in the use of the SIGMA solution for the supply and management of equipment to clients, the employees of Public Services and Procurement Canada of the Quebec Region.

Education:
A secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives.
Experience:
- Recent* and significant** experience providing technical support services to clients.
- Recent* and significant** experience in event, project and/or training coordination.
- Recent* and significant** experience with MS Office Suite programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Recent* and significant** experience in using an online financial management system (either SAP software or another financial management system).
* Recent experience is within the last three years.
** Significant means an experience of about one year.
Operational Requirements
- Hold a valid Class 5 driver’s licence.
- Willingness and ability to lift up to 20 kg in accordance with safe work practices.
- Willingness and ability to travel to fulfill the position’s requirements.
- Willingness and ability to work overtime occasionally on short notice.
