The intent of this process is to fill one vacant position. This process may be used to staff similar positions in various locations of various tenures.

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution or an *acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

*Acceptable combination is defined as education relevant to the duties of the position and 2 years working experience relevant to the position being staffed.

Degree equivalency

Significant* experience in financial management, such as budget planning and monitoring, financial analysis and reporting.

Significant* experience in interpreting or analyzing policies and providing strategic advice and recommendations to senior management.

Significant* experience collaborating internally in a complex multidisciplinary organization or environment.

Experience in human resources, including managing employees and human resources planning.

* Significant is defined as the breadth and depth of experience normally associated with full-time performance of duties for a period of approximately two (2) years in terms of amount, complexity and diversity of work handled.

If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)

Post-secondary degree from a recognized university with a specialization in accounting, finance, business administration, commerce or economics or eligibility for a recognized professional accounting designation (i.e. CA, CMA or CGA).

Degree equivalency

Significant* experience in financial management, such as budget planning and monitoring, financial analysis and reporting with a budget of $10M or more.

Significant* experience in human resources, including managing employees and human resource planning in a unionized environment.

Experience in capital investment planning, including development of strategic plans, project approval and reporting documents.

* Significant is defined as the breadth and depth of experience normally associated with full-time performance of duties for a period of approximately two (2) years in terms of amount, complexity and diversity of work handled.
