The initial intent of this process is to staff two indeterminate, bilingual imperative BBB/BBB positions.
A pool of partially or fully qualified candidates resulting from this process may be established to fill similar positions bilingual imperative BBB/BBB with various tenures (temporary or permanent) within the Public Service.

EDUCATION:
ED1 - Graduation with a degree* from a recognized post-secondary institution.
*Degree: Unless it is otherwise specified (e.g., Master’s degree), the term “degree” refers to a baccalaureate as established by educational authorities
EXPERIENCE
EX1: A minimum experience of two (2) years in the conduct of internal audits obtained within the last five (5) years.
EX2: Experience in the conduct of interviews with management* relating to audit.
EX3: Experience in drafting or revising audit-related written material (such as reports, sections of reports and briefing notes).
EX4: Experience in developing internal audit plans, programs or tools.
*Management is defined as Director level (EX-01) and above; or at the executive level in organizations external to the Federal Public Service.
ASSET QUALIFICATIONS (other qualifications)
If you possess any of the following qualifications such as professional designations or degrees, you are encouraged to complete the screening questions in the application as these may be used to screen candidates. You must also clearly explain how you meet it (WHERE, WHEN and HOW). If you do not possess one or more of the other qualifications, please respond "No".
PROFESSIONAL DESIGNATION:
PD1 - A recognized professional designation: Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Certified Government Audit Professional (CGAP), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified General Accountant (CGA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
EDUCATION:
AED1 – Baccalaureate or Master’s degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in accounting, finance, business administration, commerce, or some other specialty relevant to the position.
