This process will be used to staff immediate and future needs of the following positions:
PM-04: Funding Services Officer, Senior Program Officer, Capital Management Officer, Program Policy Officer, Policy and Issues Analyst
PM-05: Transfer Payment Liaison Officer, Senior Funding Services Officer, Program Advisor, Project Leader, Senior Capital Advisor, Program Manager, Program Advisor, Community Initiatives Officer
A pool of qualified or partially assessed candidates may be established and may be used to staff similar positions with various tenures.
The pool could be used to offer acting appointments under exceptional circumstances in order to protect employee’s indeterminate status.

PM-04 and PM-05:
A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
PM-04:
Experience in providing advice and recommendations on program issues.
Experience in developing briefing or reporting materials to support management.
PM-05:
Recent* and significant** experience in providing strategic advice and recommendations to management on program issues.
Experience leading projects.
Recent* and significant** experience in networking and consulting with various internal or external clients.
*Recent means in the last seven (7) years.
**Significant means for a minimum of three (3) years.
PM-04 and PM-05:

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduation with a degree from a recognized university.
Professional accounting designation - e.g. Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified General Accountant (CGA).
Successful completion of a post-secondary paralegal program.
Experience working with or for First Nations or Indigenous Organizations.
Experience working with government departments or non-government organizations on common objectives.
Experience in delivering programs.
Experience in reviewing and recommending proposals.
Experience in planning or leading projects.
Ability to analyze financial information.
OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Willing and able to travel occasionally.
Willing and able to work overtime occasionally on short notice and during busy periods.
Reliability Status security clearance
Possession of valid driver’s license to allow for travel to remote areas, depending on the position to be staffed.
