EDUCATION:
Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution, with acceptable specialization in education, social sciences, international relations or a related discipline.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in advising Senior Leaders/Management on the development of adult learning programs and projects and/or major policy initiatives
-*Recent experience in leading all phases of the development of adult learning programs and projects using an Adult Education instructional design framework(s)
-*Recent experience in selecting, contracting and supervising the work of training consultants
-*Recent experience in the management of client/stakeholder relations with public, private, academic or non-profit organizations that have an international focus

*Recent is defined as time period of 5 years.

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION
Master’s or Doctoral degree from a recognized university with acceptable specialization in education, social sciences or a related discipline.

EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in conducting research including research design, data collection and data analysis using basic qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Experience in studying or working overseas.
- Experience in applying Talent Management Policies and advising Senior Leaders on Talent Management Program implementation.
- Experience in facilitation of workshops including in the domains of Leadership Development and/or Organizational Development.
- Experience in the management of client/stakeholder relations with public, private, academic or non-profit organizations that have an international focus.

Degree equivalency
