Your résumé.
Graduation with a diploma or degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in Engineering or Science; or an acceptable combination of education, training, and/or experience.
Experience with Equipment Health Monitoring (EHM) techniques and methodologies, including, but not limited to, vibration analysis and condition monitoring, with at least 4 years of job-related experience.
Experience with vibration analysis and monitoring software and multi-channel data acquisition systems, including transient and steady state data capture and analysis.
Asset Qualifications:
Vibration Analysis Level II Certification.
Experience with marine machinery systems.
Experience delivering classroom presentations.
Experience with balancing techniques.
English essential
Information on language requirements
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment such as but not limited to: pumps, compressors, fans, gearboxes, turbines, couplings, controllers and motors.
Ability to create, analyze, collate and manage databases for trend analysis and to provide specific maintenance recommendations.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Works well in a team environment;
Dependability.
Asset Qualifications:
Knowledge of Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) programs and associated hardware.
Knowledge of thermal imaging techniques and analyses.
Knowledge of Commtest analyzers and Ascent Software.
Ability to create and maintain databases and routes using applicable parameters and alarm set-ups.
Ability to interpret, trend, and analyze Equipment Health Monitoring data in order to provide maintenance recommendations
Ability to interpret technical literature, analytical results, and material specifications
