Duties

The ideal candidates for this opportunity will:

- Contribute to new strategies to maximize efficiencies and processes in procurement;
- Organize, implement, and provide support and advice for the procurement of goods and services;
- Create, review and issue a variety of documents required for the solicitation and administration of contracts for professional services and goods;
- Provide clients with advice and guidance on contracts and applications;
- Prepare and maintain various procurement reports and assist with data entry into the financial system.

Here's the profile sought for this position:

- Graduation with a diploma or a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution.

Degree equivalency

- 1 year experience* working in areas with a focus on customer service, stakeholder engagement, research, planning and analysis, event planning, financial management, people management, project management, etc.
