Important messages

We are committed to providing an inclusive and barrier-free work environment, starting with the hiring process. If you need to be accommodated during any phase of the evaluation process, please use the Contact information below to request specialized accommodation. All information received in relation to accommodation will be kept confidential.

Assessment accommodation

When you apply to this selection process, you are not applying for a specific job, but to an inventory for future vacancies. As positions become available, applicants who meet the qualifications may be contacted for further assessment.

The first group of applicants will be assessed in February - March 2019 and the assessments can take place during the day, evening or weekend. It is your responsibility to make yourself available for all testing and interview dates for which you will be invited.
Please note that when you apply to this selection process, you will be asked screening questions about essential education and experience qualifications and assets.

Please select the appropriate answer to these screening questions. In some cases, we will also ask you to provide additional information to complement your answers.

Make sure that the information provided does not contain personal information about a third party and no reference to your social insurance number. For more details, see the Help page.

The system will automatically disconnect (without warning) after 60 minutes of inactivity. To maintain the connection, you MUST save the information provided or switch to another screen. It is not enough to type information without saving it to avoid disconnection.

IMPORTANT: It is your responsibility as an applicant to clearly demonstrate that you meet the screening criteria (i.e. education and experience, both essential and asset) by answering the screening questions in your online application. Please note that it is not enough to state that you have the required qualifications, or to list your current responsibilities. Instead, give concrete examples that demonstrate how you are meeting the requirements. If you do not provide enough examples and details, your application may be rejected because the assessment board will not have the necessary information to determine if you meet the qualifications. The mention "see CV" will not be accepted.
