Duties

What does the job entail?

Provide business analysis and functional expertise in (PeopleSoft *version 8.9) Workforce Administration module including:
- resolving integration issues with other modules/applications
- conducting tests of the system functionality and applications
- supporting system users and management
- developing and delivering training and information session on the use of the Human Resources Management System
- coaching and training junior colleagues
- extracting, analyzing and integrating data to produce reports to clients
- gathering system requirements and collaborating with technical analysts to implement system changes
- leading or participating in project teams or working groups

Intent of the process

This process may be used to establish a pool of candidates that may be used to staff similar positions at an identical or equivalent group and level with various official language proficiencies (Bilingual Imperative BBB/BBB, Bilingual Imperative CBC/CBC, English essential, English or French Essential), various security profiles (Reliability Status, Secret), various tenures (Indeterminate, term) at Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.
