The immediate intention of this process is to staff three temporary positions till March 31, 2020 with possibility of an extension.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Experience:
Experience providing support services in one of these fields: accounting, administrative services, procurement or financial.
Experience in using word processing and spreadsheet applications.
Experience in providing client service.
Experience in using integrated financial and material systems.
Various language requirements
Bilingual Imperative BBB/BBB
English or French essential

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Two years of post-secondary studies in a field relevant to the position.
Experience:
Experience purchasing for the Government of Canada.
Experience in the preparation of documents for the tendering, evaluation and selection of suppliers.
Experience in reviewing, analyzing and recommending improvements to statements of work and evaluation criteria.
Experience in resolving procurement issues and in providing advice and guidance on procurement processes.
Experience in using Freebalance.
Knowledge:
Knowledge of federal government of Canada contracting policies and procedures.
Reliability Status security clearance
Availability and consent to work overtime.
Occasional travel may be required.
