EDUCATION:
A secondary school diploma or acceptable combination of education, training and experience.
EXPERIENCE:
EX1: Recent* and Significant** experience in providing strategic advice AND recommendations to Management***.
EX2: Recent* and Significant** experience in liaising AND consulting with clients and/or various stakeholders.
EX3: Recent* and Significant** experience in compiling data AND analysing information.
EX4: Recent* experience interpreting and advising on policies, directives and guidelines related to financial management such as budget, forecast, commitments/actuals or procurement.
* Recent experience is defined as within the last three (3) years.
** Significant experience is defined as experience that would normally be associated with performing these duties for at least six (6) consecutive months.
*** Management is defined as Manager/Director level or above.

EDUCATION:
Diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution
EXPERIENCE:
1. Experience in writing briefing materials, summary notes or
reports.
2. Recent* experience in supervising employees such as managing a team's workload and managing employees' leave.
3. Recent* experience implementing processes, procedures, guidelines and/or service standards related to the provision of support services.
4. Experience working with SAP or other financial management systems.
5. Experience working with Microsoft Excel.
6. Experience working within a financial institution.
7. Experience working within ESDC.
* Recent experience is defined as within the last three (3) years.
OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Available to work overtime as required, often on short notice.
