Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Significant experience in providing ***administrative support services or ****operational support services.
*Recent and **significant experience in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
*Recent experience signifies having performed these duties within the last 12 months.
**Significant is defined as the depth and breadth of experience normally associated with having performed a broad range of activities related to this task which are acquired over a period of at least one (1) year.
***Administrative support services is defined as BUT NOT LIMITED to: managing agendas, scheduling and organizing meetings/teleconferences, preparing and collating meeting file folders and background materials, procuring office equipment and supplies, maintaining a filing system, coordinating travel and/or logistics, and other related office duties.
****Operational support services is defined as BUT NOT LIMITED to: performing operational tasks such as monitoring/ escalating problems when required, providing information, interpreting & analyzing data, providing simple recommendations on administrative procedures, etc.

Experience taking minutes

Experience interpreting and analyzing information in order to provide a recommendation

Reliability Status security clearance
