You must submit a complete application, consisting of screening questions which clearly demonstrate how you meet the screening criteria (education and experience) and a résumé. The screening questions will be used as the primary tool in the screening process and the résumé will only be used to substantiate the information provided. FOR EACH ESSENTIAL and ASSET CRITERION, please provide concrete examples and the following MANDATORY information:
1. Name of the department or organization where the experience was acquired;
2. Title of the position occupied and duration for which you exercised the functions;
3. Specific details of tasks, projects, or accomplishments demonstrating how the experience was acquired.
A pool of partially or fully qualified candidates may be established from this process which may be used to staff similar positions within the Department of Justice with various tenures (such as: indeterminate, acting/acting extension, specified period, assignment/secondment, deployment, etc.), linguistic profiles (bilingual imperative only BBB/BBB, CCC/CCC) and conditions of employments, which may vary according to the position to be staffed.

EDUCATION
ED1: A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE
EX1: Experience in analysing official documents (i.e.: letters, legal documents, correspondences, etc.) and in making short written summaries.
EX2: Experience in data entry in an employment situation.
EX3: Experience in conducting research with electronic tools in an employment situation.
ASSET QUALIFICATION
EXPERIENCE
AEX1: Experience in using a document management software (such as ccmMercury).
OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
OP1: Willing and able to work Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
OP2: Willing and able to work overtime on short notice.
