Intent of the process

The immediate intent of this poster is to fill five (5) positions.

A pool of qualified or partially assessed candidates may be established and may be used to staff similar positions at this group and level with various language requirements (English Essential or Bilingual Imperative), various security requirements, various conditions of employment as well as various tenures (acting, assignment/secondment, deployment, term and/or indeterminate) within Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada and Indigenous Services Canada.

EDUCATION
Successful completion of a secondary school diploma

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE
Experience in the provision of human resources (HR) administrative support services in an office environment (for example: staffing, recruitment, resourcing, classification, industrial relations or labour relations).

If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)

ASSET EXPERIENCE
Experience in providing staffing administrative support (such as preparing letters of offer, maintaining staffing files, preparing advertisements, communicating with candidates, etc.).

Experience in providing operational classification administrative support (such as creating and updating position, change in reporting relationship, language profile, security, etc.).

Experience in providing staffing administrative support in the Federal Public Service (such as preparing letters of offer, maintaining staffing files, preparing posters, communicating with candidates, etc.).

Experience in providing operational classification administrative support in the Federal Public Service (such as creating and updating position, change in reporting relationship, language profile, security, etc.).

Experience in using a human resource management system application, such as, but not limited to, HRMS or Peoplesoft.
