What does the job entail?
- Managing PeopleSoft HR system development and enhancement work and systems releases
- Providing expert advice, interpretation and guidance to departmental clients on the planning, development and implementation of new and enhanced business processes.
- Planning and managing a team of Business Analysts/Functional Analyst: assigns work; identifying staffing needs and filling vacancies, providing training, mentoring and coaching to staff; ensuring quality control and adherence to process and documentation requirements; developing training and development plans; evaluating staff performance; and recommending leave and overtime.
- Managing the implementation of quality control processes and the analysis and reporting of errors to users to enhance training and help desk services.
- Leading project teams
