A pool of partially and/or fully qualified candidates will be established through this process to staff identical or similar positions with various language requirements (English Essential, English or French Essential, Bilingual) and profiles (BBB/BBB, CBC/CBC and CCC/CCC) and various security requirements across Canada. All federal organizations listed in Schedules I, IV and V of the Financial Administration Act may use this staffing process to appoint a candidate to its organization in a similar position. These positions may be staffed on a permanent (indeterminate appointment or deployment) or temporary basis (term appointment, acting, assignment or secondment).

EDUCATION - ALL STREAMS:
Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE - STREAM 1:
• Experience coordinating the delivery of executive support services which includes managing a calendar, and scheduling meetings.
• Experience in maintaining and tracking through a bring forward (BF) system.
EXPERIENCE - STREAM 2:
• Experience in processing financial transactions.
• Experience entering and extracting information from a financial system.
KNOWLEDGE - STREAM 1:
• Knowledge of general administrative practices and procedures.
KNOWLEDGE - STREAM 2:
• Knowledge of financial processes.
ABILITIES - ALL STREAMS:
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing.
ASSET QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE - ALL STREAMS:
Experience using one or more of the following software:
• MS Outlook
• MS Excel
• MS Word
EXPERIENCE - STREAM 1:
• Experience in making travel arrangements and processing travel expense claims.
EXPERIENCE - STREAM 2:
• Experience using SAP.
N.B Based on the hiring division’s needs, additional asset qualifications and operational requirements may be identified and applied during the assessment and/or selection of candidates.
Management may decide to seek all qualified candidates of the pool, at an opportune time, for an update of the evolutionary assets.
