Provide reception services in person and on the telephone, respond to current requests regarding the services and products of the organization, transfer calls to other units, take messages and forward them.
Perform general office work by completing administrative tasks requested by the personnel of the sector for their daily work as well as daily maintenance of different tables or lists used by the personnel.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail as well as preparing and sending outgoing mail.
Complete documents for office supply orders, repairs, technical support, and courier services; contact suppliers to obtain information or make arrangements; and entering initial data into computer systems.
